SKN OFFICE BUILDING, NEW DELHI, NCR

On a small, restricted site, the new headquarters building for SKN Gas distribution company is surrounded by poorly designed and maintained buildings. This small building hopes to create visual order and calm in the urban sprawl.

Four office floors are situated over a stilt parking floor and a single large basement. The front elevation will be clad in white marble with dark- tinted windows, all to achieve elegance and a high sustainability rating.
