DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We Excel is a 300,00 sq.ft. IT building that will takes its place in an emerging exciting tech masterplan for the region. Over 9 floors above ground, and two basements, the building will be wrapped in terraces that function as amenity spaces for tenants, as well as sun shading and planted areas to reduce cooling, and energy consumption.
